Pseudo Steamed Fish

  • Fillet of fish
  • 1/4 onion, handful cherry tomato, sprig of basil, 1/4 tsp ginger powder, no salt
  • Preheat then steam at water mark 3 at 150c for 7-10 mins
  • Heat 1-2 tbsp sesame oil in a pan until really hot then pour over
  • Pour over some shoyu
  • Serve with steamed rice
