Pseudo Steamed Fish
- Fillet of fish
- 1/4 onion, handful cherry tomato, sprig of basil, 1/4 tsp ginger powder, no salt
- Preheat then steam at water mark 3 at 150c for 7-10 mins
- Heat 1-2 tbsp sesame oil in a pan until really hot then pour over
- Pour over some shoyu
- Serve with steamed rice
