Tortang Talong
- roast eggplant until blackened
- slice like a fan
- add starch and a pinch of tumeric
- fry eggplant
- beat egg with salt, pepper
- pour over eggplant
- fry
- flip and fry some more
- add optional ground pork, fish sauce, soy sauce, minced garlic, diced onion
