Pseudo Steamed Fish
Ingredients
- Fillet of fish
- 1/4 onion, handful cherry tomato, sprig of basil, 1/4 tsp ginger powder, no salt
- Preheat then steam at water mark 3 at 150c for 7-10 mins
- Heat 1-2 Tbsp sesame oil in a pan until really hot then pour over
- Pour over some shoyu
- Serve with steamed rice
note:
- it’s slightly easier to cook it en papillote
- add a small bit of white wine and bake at 170 for 15 mins without preheat
