Mushroom Soup

Ingredients

  • 600g mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 onion, chopped fine
  • 3 Tbsp butter
  • 2 tsp flour
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • herbs
  • 2-3 cups stock
  • 1 cup cream
  • salt and pepper

Directions

  1. fry mushrooms and onion
  2. add garlic and flour
  3. boil with stock but no cream
  4. blend
  5. finish with cream
